Capabilities & Services
Design for Manufacturability (DFM)
For a project to be successful, the product design must be manufacturable. Therefore, DFM must be addressed early in the development cycle to translate the design into a physical product while achieving low costs and high quality.
Our in-house team of tool experts conducts detailed design-for-manufacturability (DFM) analyses and helps projects succeed by incorporating manufacturable and optimized designs.
Mould Design, Development & Maintenance
Over the years, we have developed moulds for start-ups and well-established companies in applications such as water purifiers, batteries, automotive, consumer appliances, furniture, healthcare and IoT/electronic enclosures. We are capable of handling large and complex tools, both from a design as well as development perspective.
We take complete ownership of mould maintenance, thereby ensuring high-quality and timely delivery commitments.
Co-ordination and Procurement of Non-Plastic Items
Most products consist of an assembly of components made of different kinds of materials. We deliver a holistic solution to our customers by sourcing any non-plastic parts such as electronic components, sheet-metal, pressed & turned components, rubber components, as well as any other type of component that may be required to complete a product.
